Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Snuff-Boards we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or refund an item, this policy sets out how returns and refunds are handled, including your rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Who we are

3. Your rights under UK law

  • If you buy goods online, you typically have a cooling-off period where you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then a further 14 days to return them.

  • If the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • This policy may offer more generous terms than the statutory minimum, but cannot offer less.

4. Change of mind / unwanted goods

4.1 Time limit
You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return them.

4.2 Condition of goods
Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and labels. We may reduce the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

4.3 Excluded items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Hygiene-sealed goods once opened

  • Items otherwise marked as non-returnable at checkout

4.4 Returns cost
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Refund timing
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof of postage).

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

5.1 Notification
Please email snuffboards@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item if it is faulty or damaged.

5.2 Remedy options
Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A full refund (including standard delivery costs)

5.3 Returns cost
If the goods are confirmed as faulty, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.

6. How to return an item

  1. Email us at snuffboards@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely, ideally in the original packaging.

  4. Use a tracked/recorded delivery method and retain proof of postage.

7. Refunds – how we will refund you

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

8. Cross-border/customs/exports

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional carrier fees. Return shipping from overseas may be at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty.

9. Products not to be used for illegal activity

Snuff-Boards clearly states: “NOT TO BE PURCHASED FOR THE USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES.”
Returns will not be accepted for items used or altered for purposes outside their intended and lawful use.

10. Policy changes

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply.
